If the Ampersand is cropped off it is because you made the image wrong... Go back into photoshop and resize the text box.

The bottom looks like that because I chopped a little bit off by mistake when I made it in Paint. I plan to change it soon, though. Thanks.

for some reason its not parsing the first href... try getting rid of the other text before the href...

I still dont get why href didn't work - I use href for my logo and I used href with your logo in my post and it worked..?!
