gameSpace Lite . Its free and not too hard to use (although, what do I know, I'm to lazy).

Formerly I was CDBGames, and formerly to that i was Duke Nukem, and even more formerly to that

3DCanvas (Pro) is great. You can download the demo that does almost everything that Pro does except export/import to see if you like it.
