Our team of 4 is is working on a FPS based on the doom series. we are looking for additional help in making this game. We need level designers,testers(eventually), and a 3d modeller(we already have the models, we just need some help animating them)

Thanks, but actually, that demon was made by the great folks at doomsday, who have their own port of the doom game. We asked for and got permission to use them, as it seemed to good an opportunity to use them instead of spending months making our own. Thanks for the compliment, and I hope you keep tabs on the project, as you are the person who has helped me out of more than one jam in it.
