Sorry I didn't know where exactly where to put this. I saw the media forum but it was under dark game sdk and I don't have that so I'll just post this here.

Anyway,

I found this really cool midi maker called, whell, Midi Maker. I exported one midi and when I came back to add the te saved file (not midi), it didn't have any sound. I fiddled with my volume controls and everything but the midi sounds just don't work. I loved the interface but with it not working I just can't work with it.

I looked through the game beginners forum but I only found one that I liked. Sort of. It has a little piano key thing and I wanted a block type editor. I will try to post a pic of the midi maker editor soon.

Thanks in advanced!

I have never created a .mid so I'm probably of no use. However, there is another thread about this. It can be found here: http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=57793&b=10 You may find a new .mid maker there.

Edit: OH! www.sibelius.com (think that's it [its on that thread]), you have to buy it I think, but there may be a trial.

Good luck,

Okay, thanks for the suggestion. THe thread helped me find another one AND the previous editor works now. ( Can't believe I didn't think of it now) All I had to do was restart my computer. Thanks MP for all the help you've supplied me with!

Heck yes, Sibelius 4 is nice, just got a neat little feature where you can import video and set hit points and bend the time so that hit points land on a beat. Definitely not cheap though, $300 even with student discount.

I'm going to eat you!
