RPG Maker!!! It's like FPS Creator, except the first came out 10 years ago. It's easy as h*ll to use, since there's no coding knowledge required at ALL. Check it out if you haven't heard of it, and keep using it if you already know about it.

P.S.: It's fully 2D, so for those of you who hate SNES-style games shouldn't look at it.
