I've ask it before, and they said someting that doesn't work. Maybe am I an bad programmer: How do I have to start with my fps, and are there any tutorials on the internet

Start with planning the game, and coding the controls (shooting, strafing, collision), then do levels and more detailed parts of the game

In the 20 liner section of this very forum, my winning code has been opened out. It contains basic code for a fps, including movement, shooting and a (very) simple level creator with collision. It's not very well commented, and some of the variable names aren't as meaningful as you might want, but it's all there.
