Hi!

I am running a challenge for you lot.

Code me a program. A program where it has a main menu, one option where you can type in the name of a music album and store it in memory, and you can keep adding album names by acessing thatg option. Then another option where you can make the program RANDOMLY display one of the album names in a little box and you can keep going to that option to get more album names until it runs out of album names that you entered. And when it has run out of them says "I have no more."

See if you can do that!

From Mark.

That sounds easy enough, so what's in it for us if we do?

I believe we get the pleasure of writing code for him without him having to learn to program himself.

Yes... Very clever Activ8 games... NOT. That seems way to specific for it to be a challenge, your might just be looking for the best way to do it without doing it yourself.

If not, I apologize, and I dont have much time for it.

I don't get the random thing.
So you want to display the menu and albums at the same time?

|_menu_|_albums_____________________________|
|_add__|_list of albums_____________________|

What he's asking us to do is to create a small database with a menu where one button lets you add your albums details.

A second button will feed you a record at a time from the database randomly until there are none left - at which point it tells you that.

[Edit] Actually, it sounds like a very nice challenge as a 20 liner to see how polished it could be made and stay within 20 lines. Kept plain and simple, it could probably be kept less than 10 lines...

If you've already done it yourself why would we get "full credit" for our work? Sounds to me like you don't actually have any code.
