Computers have a quality that some may not have developed - they do what you tell them. Nothing more and nothing less. They read statements one at a time and aside from built-in defaults they do not guess what you want. The skill of writing code requires that you learn to think like a computer and imagine being told to carry out a multi-task set of events at one single step at a time. What are the steps needed to get the input, decide and adjust it, and from that create the output? What resources do you need to present in multimedia? What mood do you want your program to set? What do you want to get harder at each level? Think ahead. Think way ahead. Visit a public coin operated game room and study the results. Do not miss the beginners stepping stones like What is a screen buffer? .. Keep very curious. Get your mind all geeky!!!
