How do I create movement and camera style like they use in eve??

I want A camera that can rotate around the player object and perhaps zoom.. The movement have to be with mouse and can move in all directions...

I don't know what eve online is, but maybe this would help...a little

The player object have to to in the center of the screen all the time..

And by pressing a mouse buttom you can rotate around the player object...
