Hello All,

Ok its finally here, my myself(Aaron) and Javis have been working
on a game we are hoping the community will enjoy. If you havnt
notice the Title this is a sequel so you might be saying, "If this
is the second wheres the first" well the first was a very very small
product that help my friend Javis to learn DarkBASIC. (game Here

Well when i saw this product he mentioned on the forums
that he wanted to make a sequel...well this is were i offered my
hand. Also some of you might be saying "Who are you, Ive never
seen you around the forums" well if you are saying this then thats
because we dont waste our time on the forums unless searching for
help or looking at the community WIP projects. Anyways this game is
packed with features which i will be posting below. This project has been
on going since norvember 2004 and features both Sparky's and Nuclear
Glory's 3.x Collision dlls, And i would like to thank them for the
work they have help me accomplish by providing these.I also want to
thank Javier Barbero, he created us a dll that has been a huge part
in Veonite Viewer and InDex v2.0. This game also includes the
multisync dll but will not be featured in the demo. The demo
features 2 game modes, Deathmatch and Capture the Flag. Both game
types have its own levels so thats 10 levels in all. From the closed
alpha testing we have conducted we have recived great feedback and
are hoping to do the same here. So holding this beast back for
amost a year i present a public relaese of InDex v2.0 plus 11
screenys for the unfourtunate that cant download it. I also
incourage feedback and bug reports , that will be greatly apprciated.
We have also developed a program that is like Valves Steam client
Called Veonite Viewer. But we are unable to distrubute it because
it is still in its early days but will be seen with the next demo
release of InDex. Anywho This Game is a 3d fast pace First-person
Shooter. Its in a Science Fiction World so i guess you can say its
like unreal tournament 2004/2003. I myself tend to think im playing
unreal tournament because you may notice some gun effects modeled
after the game.

Post your own screen shots...we have added a command to take screen
shots. Just pressed the "print screen" button and it will be saved
in the screen shots folder


We respect your computer so we have aggreed not to release buggy
software. That is why we are not including Veonite Viewer and
Multiplayer with InDex v2.0

The alpha version of this game won First place at Texas's

We are Also not going to release all the commands for the console,
Thats for you to find out..but I will give you hints and release
a total of 10 commands

the console is model of half lifes "SV" style
the command is very close to what it does

TO SEE FRAMES PER SECOND

1) open console "~" key

2) clear anything from the input area

3) type "i2_debug" with out quotations

4) press enter and you should see confermation

5) type "i2d_showfps" with out quotations

6) press enter and you should see confermation

7) close console "~" key


All screen shots are taken with the Game's inside screenshot bottun
except the first 2..because the games screenshot function dosnt save
onscreen sprites i figure ill take one with some so you can see what
the HID looks like.

yes GogetaX i am having troubles with multiplayer...wel multiplayer works but the charcters jump around and stuff like some one is lagging. anyways i sent an email to Benjamin about the tempest dll but he hasnt replayed..but when his dll comes out i am going to buy it best of the success with you mmo i am willing to buy it to bring InDex to a better multiplayer aspect.

i didnt have time to finish re creating the 5th CTF level
so the level dosnt work. Please dont complain i will issue a patch

nice game, but youe NPC is kinda annoying, once he got the green lazer, when he shots, u cant move at all lol.. u are stuck for ever..

well thanks everyone from the comments, within the week or 2 we will release a patch that fixes littlegramical errors we found along with the 5th ctf level which currently does not work. also we will be releaseing MULTIPLAYER, yes i said it. we will be releaseing multiplayer to the game, So that is what we a currently wrking oon and making great progress. I truly cant wait to see this game online. I belive this is the type of game that you play online like unreal. which is the main idol of this game. also in the next patch we will be release veonite viewer so download patches manually wont be nessary..when you start the game through veonite viewer it will automatically search and download/install updates. It also shows all the games that we have realse and you can download the games through veonite viewer.

thanks for the replys. As i mentioned before we are busy away polishing up multiplayer, And are currently trying to create a server browser. Although this is becoming difficult to make and program any help is appliciated, jerlesdoped@msn.com . But we will try are hardest to make this possiable. i dont want to let the community down hehe but we are trying.
