I agree--- it's a great example of a valuable free tool that almost nobody uses.

Language: Visual C++, Visual C#, NvSG, NvPerf
Music: Kevin Manthei (not a program, person )

I didn't include DB/P on that list because I just don't take it seriously right now. Get too bored to stick with it.

3d: Maya 4.
Wel that`s what my brother uses. I use Milkshape for my 3d but since I doubt any of my work would be put in any of our games I wo`t put it in the list.

From it`s minimum requierments. It runs fine though. Infact it loads and unloads very fast. It also has a line tool that works properly. Never before has the line tool worked well in a program that has layers.

Ignore the minimum specs. Those are just the lowest specifications they have in the lab, and they're also for v1.0 which is S-L-O-W

v2.1 they really improved the speed, which might have something to do with the new source that some people from the C# community uploaded to help. So they took some time to improve the speed.

I'd say they're not done yet either. v2.2 is getting quicker and quicker each nightly build.. Something I hope they impliment soon is the multi-document interface.

Right now opening a new instance for each document is irritating.
I'd also like to see the ability to work on Mask/Channels for adding physical alpha and selections.

Perhaps v2.3 Vector/Splines would be good.
