MSon Script...

I Never Made this as a Programming Language, But to Get a RunString(String$) Command in DarkBasic, But Once I Made a RunString Command, It was no bother Making RunFile(Fn) And RunFile$(File$) Commands, Ect

Pro's - Simular To DarkBasic, (Most DarkBasic Commands Still Work)
Allows Command Expantion Using Functions, (Must Recompile First)
NetScript Commands, (Not in This Version)
No Need to Compile Script Code
Loads of Additional Commands to be Added
AutoDebug When Running a Script File

Con's - Return Values Not Currenlly In Use
SomeTimes The First 2 Lines of Code Are Ignored, (Don't know Why)
Floats Currently Return to the ScriptEngine As Integers, (Need 'String 2 Float' Function)
No Code Editor, (Need to Make One)
Many Commands Still to be Added

Currently Loads Of DarkBaic Commands Included from the Following Sections:

This is What the Script Looks Like...

PS: If you Manage to Make SomeThink Using This then Please Post the Script

It's been a long time since i've looked at this post, but its time for an update...

Im working on making a Demo of MSonScript

Heres a List of some of the things I've added to it
All DBPro Commands
Using VBScript
Scripted Events
NetScripting, (Including VBScript)
Limb Based Fire
Obj Terrains, (Like a Matrix, But made out of objects)
Basic Return Values
Loads of 'Extra' commands for matrixes, images, ect

And Lots More...

There's currently some problems though, like
Only I can use the DBPro Code due to compatability Issues with DBPro
n = 5 is fine, But n = 5+5 will not currently work, (How to run a Calculation contained in a String?), (Internal VBScript Works as Normal)

I can add any Functions, Subs or DLL's as Scripted Commands, so I want to have a go at Blue + Newtons...

Will Post EXE Soon once this is done...

PS: The Attached Code has a List of Added Commands

Nicely done, but your killer will be the speed issue. From looking at your code snippet source I see you are doubling the amount of commands needed to place a single call.

The readability of code is excellent because it's in dbpro format. Overall it's a great attempt, but don't forget that adding too many dbpro commands will give people that don't have dbpro the ability to use it for free.

thats ashame, because i've added all the DBPro Commands, (not including 1 or 2 updates), And get an FPS rate of 98 in a "Simple 3D Loop", and thats faster than i get in DBPro, (Don't know why)

Yes use it for free, but due to the current problem of being unable to return the value of a calculation contained in a string, only basic mathmatics allowed, (Until Fixed)
