This is a great reference guide for anyone who posts here or other forums and wants to sound the least bit intelligent. I would be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn't make at least a few of the mistakes listed

I make a HUGE number of them, but provided people understand I guess it does no harm. After all that's what the languages are there for, no?

Yeah, I've used that site a couple times before and now I always notice a very large proportion of people spell definitely as definately, who knows why, but I know I used to as well.

I remember the UK people used to wail at me because I was using an American spell checker...
