ctm - very cool indeed, I was very, very impressed. I really would like to see what you can do with V1. Maybe you could make some demo games to help us showcase what FPSC can do? It'll help with our PR work.

Thanks Rick

Maybe i'll make some demos but cant promise it...it depends on how much free time i'll have the next month and hosting large files is a problem too.

@ctm:

Are this project on-hold until V1 or are you gonna start it all over again in V1?

I think i'll start it all over again because with V1 it's possible to make much more interesting levels. A other reason is that i want to add more details to the levels.

A very good game - reminded me of Return To Wolfenstein. I especially liked the humor (Conker of the month poster -he he he) and the great use of rotted walls and room themes. Extremely well done!!! A bit hard - a few more health kits would be nice. I would also like to see a SAVE option, but I'm not sure if fpscreator can do this yet?

Ran smooth as silk on my system as well. The lighting was also excellent. Something I also found out was that you have to manually reload the gun - I died many times before I figured out that one!!! I'm not much of a gamer (lol), obviously. You're use of mood was top notch. Needed in-game music (my specialty) and more sound fx (also my specialty).

Thank you for an excellent game. Your level design skills are right up there with the best of them.

@MR elevetor 78

I know. The enemy AI of the EA version is realy a problem.
I tried to change the AI scripts but everything i tried made it worse so i gave up.
The AI in V1 will be much better.

@Music Man

It's not possible to make a save option in FPSC EA.
The weapon reload problem will be fixed in V1. The weapons have a autoreload. With the new enemy AI the fights will be a cool and fast action.
I am glad that you liked my Conker of the month poster

About music and soundfx: i totally agree. Music and sounds are very very important for a game.
But to make good music and sounds is maybe the most hard thing to learn.

There is one good news: In V1 there will be some new and realy good atmospheric sounds.

A question, how did you get that message/picture to show up on the screen? I need something like that in my game.

I have answered this question at page 1 of this thread already.

Here is a more easy way to do it:

Make a TriggerZone and attach this script to it:

Replace YOURMESSAGE.tga with the filename of your message.
Save your message picture in the texturebank\user folder.

The message will come up when you enter the zone and fade out if you press enter or leave the zone.

To be honest: I havent started making new levels yet.
