Can you do voice-overs in games if say you had a microphone???

The time will come when I will have to pay attention, unfortunately my wallet is empty and my watch is busted.

Yes sure. Just record a WAV or convert the WAV into an MP3 and load it into DB.

MP3's are a lot smaller files than wavs.

A good program to edit the file in is Nero Wave Editor http://www.nero.com. It's not really free, but, you may be able to get your hands on a free version or a tuturoial.
