Banana Man,

Yes, very capable. Suggestable? No, unless you are creating it for practice or a school project. DBC is very limited in this area. I could be wrong in this opinion, but a music program made in DBC might not be able to be compared, or be any more useful than any other media players out there already. However, it would be a great chance to learn a part of DBC, in depth.
