I was wondering does anyone know any good modeling tools that are easy to use if you are a beginer. I would like to buy a modeling tool under 70 euro.

Blender, and Anim8or are both good and free (though I'm not sure if either are compatible, but if they aren't you could probably use a converter)

Without having electronic download you are going to find it hard to find one.The nearest tool to suit your requirements would be Fragmotion but is again only downloadable,in case you're interested heres the link.

You can do that yourself pay a visit to thier forums, also D/L the trial and see what you think of it.
For me its the only tool I have that can import FPSC models with animations, that alone to me is worth the $20,and I still cant see what the web site quality has to do with anything. Some might say the same about the FPSC web site but we know the product is good.

as far as i know cshop is meant for world building.

3d canvas is pretty easy to use and its not as sensitive as blender. i have only used the trial so im not sure how the full version works, but i dont think you can edit specific vertices.

Version--DB Classic
900 mhz AMD Athlon, 128 MB RAM,
16 MB NVidia Vanta gfx card, Windows ME System software

Do you know how long it would take with a dial up connection.
