Well, I thought it was interesting.

He basically talks about the fact that keyboards with numpads mean you have to move the board to the left to make room for the mouse which means twisting your body to type. I'd never thought about it before but he's right.

I won't be getting the keyboard he talks about because they're something like $139

Just thought there might be someone out there who's interested in their personal health .

ur dumb. thats a terrible keyboard! they have those in my high school and i hate them! the numpad is so easy to use, i dont even have to look at it, cmon man!

whats the actual chances of getting RSIfrom typing though? i heard you're more liekly to get it from other things, such as writing with a pen and paper...

That article is rather dumb. I don't twist my body to type, all I do is move my arms over to the left. And that keyboard sucks. It doesn't have any extra keys. I admit I haven't read the whole article but still...

Why not just rotate your body and arms slightly, that just seems natural to me. I've heard there are more problems related to keyboards/mice and wrists...

$120 R.R.P. and it's been dubbed the Logitech G11 or something. Should be out early-2006 according to the Logitech site.

Given I spent about that on my Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (very very very comfortable keyboard to use, hated the mouse); I hardly see it as some 'amazingly expensive' peice of kit. Perhaps more reserved for people who are more serious about thier computing.

Hopefully not that long to wait. What's really cool is there will be an X-Box 360 Compatible version.

that only applies to you right handed lot, us lefties have no problem, unless someone puts the mouse on the right hand side of the puter.
