After I execute code, and the program ends, it takes 30 to 45 seconds to return to the editor (F12). Being new to DarkBasic, I did not know whether or not this is typical. I am using the registered version of DB, but not professional. Any responses would be appreciated.

Thanks,

CR

IT seems to take mabey 4 seconds on my computer. I don't think it is your computer as mine is probably slower then yours. I would wager it is your code, try some of the demo programs that came with DB and see how long it take to return to the editor while running them.

this happens with alot of objects loaded into memory,

when you unload them, it takes about few secs.

Thus, having too many will increase your unloading/loading times.

or it's ur comp.
