I am a new to dark basic, I am just playing around with loops and if statements for now. I am trying to get a positive input from the user and then check to make sure it is positive and move on to more code, however it just keeps looping no matter what the input. What am I doing wrong here?

Type your code..
And click another time:
</code>

It is gonna bring

OnTopic: I can't see your code, but I think you wanna repeat
something until the user types a positive value, right?

bottom left of the board..

yeah, don't use the code box below the message box, use the code button, then type your code into the message box

the code box below works on some boards, but not this one... that's just the way it is

...maybe one day I'll finish a project

As Louiz of Rohr says, there are many ways to do this.

I believe the code box does work, but I think it's just disabled for newbies. When you've been a member for a while it starts working.

To test this theory (as I've never used it before myself) I've used it to paste some code. So, we'll soon see if I'm right, as I'm hardly what you'd call a newbie!

[Edit] Yep - it works fine for me. Click on the small Source button bottom right of this post to see the code.

I have no idea and wouldn't know where to go to find out (if you even can)!

That's one of the things i'd like to see here. The ability to look at all of a persons posts. The search at the bottom is kinda primitive.
