@killswitch - You do know the story behind Metal Gear correct?
Spoilers for every MG and MGS (You've been warned):
Naked Snake AKA Big Boss 2 (form MGS3 which was a prequel) dies in Metal Gear 1 at the hands of
snake (hand to hand battle) then solid snake goes to another MG factory for
the second metal gear, kills grey fox *Again*, then comes in MGS where solid snake, taken out of retirement
goes into shadow moses, finds his twin "liquid", and they learn more about them being clones
of big boss... which liquid claims he's the perfect one. Then solid "kills" liquid, but Ocelot Revolver takes liquid's arm and attaches
it to himself. So now liquid can control ocelot at anytime (as seen in MGS2). Then MGS2 more or less revolves around the tale of Jack, who was a big part
in the cold war as a child soldier, solidus, who claims to be another
big boss clone, ocelot w/ liquid's arm, and the patriots. The patriots being the people who control the united states and wanted to control all
information being spread through the use of Arsenal Gear, a mobile nuclear warstation with lots of techy things.
You destroy arsenal and then solidus (sword battle!)... but ocelot w/ liquid get away in a MGRay. Then at the
end of that game, after the credits, a cut scene with otakon and solid snake involves otakon telling solid that the patriots were traced to
some graves in DC and New York or something. And then it ends.
All MGS 3 told, was the story of the second big boss (because the one chick was actually the first) and how he becomes big boss.
Confusing to understand, it would be easier to speak it then to write it cause of all the twists and such, but my mic is b0rked.
