I like to watch the movies on gamespot, but a few months ago(ive ignored it till now), it would start to buffer, then at .01%it would stop, and the little progress bar would freeze, not the whole window. Gamespot tech support it mediocre at best, and were unable to solve my problem. This happens only of gmaepsots site, and one other small one i cannot think of. Yes i have the most up to date version of the WMP, and all of its components, do any of you have an idea to why this happens?

save one of the files to the desktop if you can, and analyze the codec inside the w.m file then compare it to your codecs installed.

have you checked your media player streaming preferences.?

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
