Umm, as far as OSX86 running on a common Intel/AMD PC, it really actually does. Does no one here read up on Digg/Slashdot? There's been plenty of screenshots/videos and installation guides for installing OSX86 on any PC. There's actually a video of someone shutting down their Sony Vaio laptop from Windows XP, and then booting into MacOSX.
All you need is BitTorrent, a newish PC supporting SSE2 and some knowhow to get it working. I'd try it if I had more time.
