I want to know if there is a step by step guide to developing games with this software. I want to build board games for online play. But need some help getting started with this program. Are there any beginners site out there? Thanks..

There's TDK's tutorials and stuff like that. I don't know the site name right off the top of my head, but I know it's there. There are some other tutorials from other users, so keep your eyes open and view people's web pages - - - most of them have tutorials.

As for board games, they're pretty easy to make, random dice, moving pieces, all that good jazz.

As for the online, I use DBC and I can't even use that feature to help any, sorry.
