I can't script. That's a fact.

But there are people who can. Merranvo, Bullshock, someone, do you think FPSC can support a script that allows enemies to attack you only if you have a weapon out? like, if you hit 0, they will saty 'passive', but if you pull out a pistol, they will begin to 'shoot'.

Dont know if this could be done... but if it could, it could be used to make semi-stealth... like a hitman style game/

Please remember, FPSC can do whatever you tell it to do. If it doesn't do something you need, add it in. The Source Code will be available shortly. Until then, I would either jot down your ideas or try to figure out what you can in the meantime.

lol...me and merranvo were just talking about that last week...

its not currently possible to have an entity do an action based on the state of the player...but it is possible to create a reaction with the entity when it receives information...

for example:

you cant make a script that has the entity fire at you only when you have a weapon out, but you can make it to where the entity fires at you after he is shot.


but in other words...take his advice^^^^^^^^

I think that if you place a key and name it weapon... and put in the code

plrhaskey=weapon

mabey...
