What would I need to but, to connect my PS2 to my wireless connection? The PS@ does not have a network adaptor by the way.

Alright, But I have cable internet, and the modem is in another room on another floor, and im using a D-link internal network card, is ther like an card that you can put into the PS2 that makes it wireless so you dont have to buy an adaptor and a bridge?

The PS2 only has an ethernet connector, so you must use a bridge.

If you only have an ethernet port, you're stuffed. So you add a bit of hardware that is in effect a mini, one-in, one-out router that has wireless capability.

You'll need that plus a wireless router in your house.. Buy the network adaptor for PS2, then this piece.. Attach this piece to your network adaptor and voila, wireless internet on the PS2.

Or you could just buy a long enough cable.

No, but if it's like any other console it sits there near the TV and rarely jumps up and jogs around. Will it not operate properly unless it's running on a wireless connection? Or did you just ask a stupid meritless question to try and reduce my credibility?

Ps2 don't run on network cables you need an adopter to plug in to your usb port and the cable going in to that

Last I checked ethernet cables are not the only type of cable on this horribly polluted planet.

What are you talking about? At my old work the network adapters for the PS2 all ran on standard network cables with RJ-45 ends. No USB to be found.
