Hi! I am currently using the trial version of DarkBasic. I cannot find any DB commands similiar to the good'ol string manipulators left$(), mid$() and right$().

Please help, I'd appreciate it.

One restriction is that mid$ will only extract single characters, but left$ and right$ are exactly as you are used to.

If you need a mid$ that extracts strings and not just characters, follow my WWW link and download my utility dll.
