yust if you want to look or convert the dds files that comes with fpsc.
its one of the best freeware converters around............

make sure to download the plugin file also..........
and to make it really simple yust only associate the dds format to the converter so as soon as you click an dds file whil it start up the converter.(yust an reminder to us newbies.)

I already use it to see all my images i have on my PC. I use for saving time converting BMP's to JPG's and things like that. It's a great pice of free software.

I use the DirectX Texture Tool to convert my files into DDS (included into the DirectX SDK's).
