Several months of hard work and persitence has resulted in this. Project galaxy is a predominantly a multiplayer fps game featuring a sci fi theme and allowing up to 32 players(providing you have a fast enough connection) or 16 for the slower speeds. The story is that your sleeping in your bunk on board a battle cruiser when your awakened by the sound of the red alert sirens. The commanding officer enters and asks you to get armoured up because it could be a ambush. At this point you head to the armoury and collect your equipment you then head to the command deck to meet up with the rest of your team it seems like half your fleet has just disappeared into some anomoly.......as your disscusing whats going on your fleet returns but with enemy orion forces and a battle ensues where your own ships and your enemys bombard you time for action. There are two races in this game the Humans and the orions, players can equip their bodys with heavy armoured suits each one unlockable after a certain period of time in the story mode and each with their own attributes and qualitys. Sofar the multiplayer aspect is basicly complete except for the scoring system and i invite anyone who might like to create some multiplayer maps for this to do so. Two screenshots below its all place holder graphics right now so not really great.

thats quite a bit of ammo. i guess the ppl went strewing boxes of shells for the darkmatter shotgun before the ambush. (just kidding)

looks like they might be fillers for trees, but ammo is plausible.

looks like an awesome game. is it dbpro or classic?

Looking nice!

Make sure you make the gun in the second shot bigger, or place it to the left some more!

It looks like its grown into his hand atm...

Yeah i know i need proper models with real hands lol. Yeah its ammo and im too lazy to walk all over the level looking for ammo so yeah. Its not much for eye candy but the underlieing engine and features are very powerful. With the assitance of a good modeller i Think id have a pretty quality game.

Thanks for the support if I could just get one quality battle armour with the appropriate animations then I could probably release a demo for you to mess around with.

Lots of updates the weapons now orientate correctly and fixed plenty of bugs and glitches. I used the weapon from the community fps to show you guys that it does actually orientate weapons correctly and all I need is a nice modeller willing to make some weapons and things for me and rig them with hands, armoured hands heh.
