I noticed my last thread was locked and flamebaited because people turned it upside down and made the thread an oxymoron, and I never got the chance to reply to what people said, so I will reply them here.

in other forums, the majority of the time a mod would just ban/delete you and anything that they didnt like.
People DO actually help each other here, just take a look at the areas and the discussion happening.

Name 3 people who have helped you, or name 3 people who would always help you if they could.
I bet its pretty easy to even name 5 - 8 people who can help and do regulary.

I see it must of been a hell, and I've found people are more relaxed in other forums, but yeah if you do break the rules you are warned, and if you don't comply, you get chucked, and the majority of mods here are more relaxed here, which is why my thread was more directed at members, members at other forums are relaxed even at 'bad' posts and don't get flamed for it, and get pointed in the right direction.
I know the amount of friendly and flamers differ quite a bit, but they're still there.
Name a few people willing to help is pretty easy, Dark Coder, Animeblood, Gil Givanti, Psycho Gary(I know he's gone, but I've seen him the odd time on msn and has a reason of internet probs) and theres a start, but I can also easily name flamers...I said i wouldn't though, so I won't
As for my comments about geeks/nerds, I have no problem with them, but find there are those who are a-holes for no reason, like you get with other people, which was what I was thinking of when reading flamed posts, theres only one geek I'd punch on site, and thats Bill Gates.
So I was basically saying, as I say to some people outside of the forum, you need to lighten up, people don't come on here for being flamed by you few. Heck I don't get flamed by em, but am annoyed.
