How could i make a program use entry$() etc while the program is hidden or minimized?

Sorry, a window which is hidden or minimized does not have focus, and therefore cannot receive any input.

That's not DB, it's Windows.

I want to make a keylogger but if its running in a windowed mode, it would not be very useful. Can anyone shed any light onto how a keylogger takes inputs while it is hidden?
btw Im not trying to create this for malicious purposes

You can't do this in DBC or DBPro - you need to do some fairly complex system hooking to do this.

Why not just download a keylogger that has been made for malicious purposes?

Ive not been able to find a free keylogger that is any good. If you know of any ..? I think they are overpriced to buy considering people ship them for free with viruses, you just don't have a console to control those ones! I've got visual studio 2003 I just need to get the manual out and start learning c++ again.
