Does it Export textures, or at least colors? Cause anything I make w/ colors in that and load into DBC doesn't have color... (I export into 3DS then convert to X w/ the converter that came with DBC)

If not, what about Blender?

Out of my experience:
Yes, it exports textures and colors. But it doesn't support UV-mapping. Also, animor doesn't export the colors properly when coloring vertexes. Convert it to a .X file to have a proper object.

Also, make sure your textures are all bmp! jpg or any other format will not be read by DBC.

Another thing you might want to know, is that anim8or doesn't support animation. Only in it's own format (.an8).

Blender is good. But most people think it has a pretty difficult interface. Wich is also the reason why I don't use it...

Well I dont use Anim8tor to animate, and I have learned Blender's interface well, so I can do limb animation with my character in Blender or that animator you made...

Anim8or supports UV mapped textures. Click on the texture box, then click diffuse, and load a texture map...(If you have made one) To make a texture map you may need Lithunwrap. Anim8or does not export animations though...Except as 2D bitmaps, for 2D games.
