help!!! I'm trying to make a profile system with dbc but ive got a problem - im not sure what... here's my code (warning im a bit of a n00b and my code is a bit of a mess...)

Actually you are correct - it is!

What it doesn't say but should, is that when you first join the forums, you are classed as a newbie and the feature is disabled. When you've made a few more posts, your newbie status is lifted and the box will work.

I much prefer the code button method and very rarely use the code box anyway.

p.s i think it may b a little advanced, but im not really sure... the idea is that u save the details as a file and then you can load them at any time. not really sure how tho... also this is on dbc just in case i didnt mention. plz help its drivin me crazy!!!
