I have no clue why someone would need this but I was asked to create it earlier tonight at work. The program mutes the system volume. Here at my work we're suppose to deploy this out to people's startup since some of the administration is annoyed with windows sounds, and are too lazy to mute it themselves (I mean that takes two mouse click c'mon!).
