Davros, my contact on Skaro has sent me plans for his superb travel machine alien nutcases...daleks!.

If you want to rule the universe by exterminating all other lifeforms then build an army of daleks using the instructions on this website that Davros linked me too.

I have several million daleks constructed hiding in my basement. They cant get out because there is no lift.
