Hi all from NY!

Looks a pretty nice place so far. Although, thanks to jetlag I woke up at 5am, which has its benefits.

I have net access so you'll be unlikely to notice I've gone...

Wow, you just left Vancouver not long ago and now you're in NY. Are you a double-agent? Must be nice to be able to travel

That´s what I was thinking-git
Don´t forget to visit the Nintendo store. I heard there were some gold GBA Sps at that place.

My signature has been erased by me because it's LARGE.

I think his dad is on a business trip, or something to that extent. Have fun in NY babs, your favourite state of your favourite country, ruled by your favourite president.

Canada was early summer, its autumn half term now

This was an extra US holiday though - we usualy go once a year. Mauritius was full though, so we came here instead.

Just come back from that place! Absolutely amazing. I've been won over, I'm going to buy a DS (and Nintendogs) tomorrow. That Kirby game is fantastic too, I spent ages playing it.

That was Vancouver, this is pure holiday.

Been to the Trump tower as well today. I got once of those caps that says "YOU'RE FIRED.". Brilliant.

Finally, does anybody know what the score is with playing a DS on a plane? Will the wifi on the DS rule it out?

That's interesting--- I've never thought about that. I just checked my DS and there's no way to shut off the Wi-Fi on it.

Nintendo says it's safe to use if you're not playing a MP game, although it is up to the discretion of the cabin crew.

I don't know what to do personally, the flight on the way back will be just under 6 hours - which is a difficult length. Sub 5 hours you can just eat and watch a movie (~ 2hrs), read (1 hr), read naother magazine (1hr) and then you've only got 30 mins or so of usable time left.

On a 10 hour flight, you can usually fit in a 4 hour sleep (I do love those BA beds).

But, with 6 hours you either have to risk falling a asleep and waking up 10 mins before landing, or do nothing

Yeah, don't do that, just make a WIP post (but maybe only once it's progressed more)

@DBMad - Stop posting your updates in other people's threads. I've deleted your post as it was completely irrelevant and annoying.

@David T - Remember to take pictures! I'm still waiting to see your Vancouver ones

Hi guys, sorry for lack of updates. I've been reading your posts, even slapping a certain user, but haven't had time to reply yet

Got myself a DS from Nintendo World yesterday. Nintendogs rules, simple as that. Kirby Canvas Curse is simply genious. The way you draw paths on the screen is brilliant.

Just got back from the financial district where I bought SM64 DS and Rayman. I'll let you know how they go on...

@Jeku - Do you have picasa? If so I cna show you a few on MSN Got some great ones of the downtown Vancouver skyline - looking back from Stanley Park.
