Right, before lunch this morning, I let my computer restart for updates, and ever since, its been a pain in the butt, First problem, I was talking to GogetaX on MSN, switched to Firefox and went to a webpage that uses Java (this morning it worked just fine with the same page) and when I went to click on GogetaX's MSN window, it freezes, so, as you would I restarted it, tried the same thing again...freezes, couldn't get the damn ctrl, alt del window up, so I pressed the 'shut down' key on my keyboard, load it back up, and now I get random problems from each start up, first problem, The tool bar doesn't respond the links on the background don't respond. I tried again, no prob, so I though, prolly just a random problem, so I started uninstalling a bunch of apps because of lack of HD space, one says for me to restart, so I do, which comes to my previous problem, all of my start up apps, like MSN, Xfire, Norton etc, run, but when I tried to open any exe's it says it cannot open them in differant wording. And, I come back to the problem where every thing is frozen in the background and tool bar, but as it was starting I was able to open firefox from start, so it means it wasn't frozen from start up.

I know I've given a long list of problems, does any one have a clue what the hell is going on here? And how to sort it with out reseting my hard drive and reinstalling windows, because I don't exactly wanna go backing everything up.

I don't know whats wrong but sometimes I get a problem where if I click on the connections button in the start menu, explorer freezes. If I wait about 20 mins after turning my computer on before clicking it, it seems to work ok. Weird

no, I didn't know that explorer was crashing all the time, because before now when explorer has crashd, it restarts itself
