I hope this won't end up like that "I know my flash suck, but i am really good at claymation!" thread, but down to the point;

I've been tasked with the evil job of creating a short claymation film, for 'Individual Extended Contribution' (part of my Drama GCSE course)

I love CM, and I've done little bits of it before, with my webcam, but being put under pressure like this (it has to be completed for around the start of December) I've become stuck for ideas.

The film can be anything (but my teacher suggests something humourous) but I need a bit of a kick-in-the back side to get me going for inspiration.

Has anyone got any ideas?

It would be cool to see a claymation version of, say, Space Invaders or Pacman. Like have the little guy go around and eat the ghosts. Everyone (even your teacher) will recognize Pacman.

But my brain is dry today.

A Mr T p*** take? Mr T vs Rocky fight and do impressions of mr T, and try to do a sylvester Stallone impression, not hard to do , something funny will win people over

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120...

Good idea Also, what does everyone think to a spoof music video of MC Hammer's 'Can't touch this'?

My friend and I are making The Blob in Claymation, and my other friend made The Grate Gatsby in Claymation (there is a very violent car accident). I like Seppuku subjection.

I would love too see a MC Hammer's.

Lots of people seem to into CM round 'ere, so can I ask one big question?

Is actual clay feasible for animation in this way?

I would use plasticine, but it leaves very unsightly marks on the surface, whereas clay simply smoothens out with water. Also, could I get away without using an armature, or will I definately need this with clay?
