During my last football game, I sprained my ankle Was on my fourth TD run too, we won anyways as there was like 3 minutes left after words.

Now I'm just resting it out till I can play basketball again. I may be on more now that I can't go to school for a few more days, or less because I can't move much, including to the den.

Before my surgery I used to twist my ankle every single day. It got so bad that I would do it just from jogging.

Then I had surgery and, uh, I don't twist my ankle anymore.

I have a very bad joint in my knee. Occassionally it just makes a very loud 'crack' sound. After that I can't walk for a week

I also scratched the surface of my eyeball when I was about 10. Very painful, but it was all soothed away by a very large insurance claim That's how I got the money to buy my first PC. An £800 Packard Bell Club 68 500mHz with 28mb of RAM. Those days were sweet

I'm a loser and proud of it, so did you hurt your knee or is being a loser natural to you

my little brother grabbed me by the foot and yanked me off the chair. Was walking funny for two days. Needless to say, as soon as I could kick again, he was also walking funny.

I ripped the ligaments in both my ankles when I was young and I was told not to wear football boots due to the twisting action. About 12 years later I went over on my ankle playing badmington. I was sure the whole place heard the cracking noise. Kept a photo to remind me not to be so energetic.

I sprained my ankle 3 times when I was younger (wrestling with older kids). Don't listen to the doctors, it will heal faster if you walk on it (don't put alot of pressure on it, but use it). The first 2 times I use crutches/support wrap thingies like they said and it took almost 2 weeks before I had full use of it (running and jumping and what not). The third time grandpa told me to stop being a wuss and use it and it would heal faster. Oddly enough it hurt real bad for about a day of walking, but each day it got easier. In about 6 days it didn't bother me too much at all.

Yeah, like the guy from where I work:
Playing football (soccer to you aliens) he missed the ball and ended up kicking the goal. Doctor told him he'd be fine if he'd let the foot rest for a month. But he knew better than that, as being a good boy he always listend to what his grandpa would say. After six months of walking up and down, he's still lame.

long story short, I tore my left ACL (ligament in the knee) 2 times since febuary
and a whole 2 minutes before I read this, my right knee was hit by a small sledge hammer, that was fun

I'll give you some toast
