Write up a post for a thread. Look at the subject and then at the ad on the bottom. Lol, it has to do with the subject of your thread...

How amazingly interesting. Perhaps you should write a book about it.

Yup, I think google pays for those adverts to appear, whenever someone clicks on one of them someone gets a bit of money. They've been here a while and you aren't the first to mention them.

EDIT:: Type ad in thread subject search and read the fourth thread from the top.

Fortunately, I do not have to endure ads. My filter proxy removes any URLs that reference ad-type content. That means I hardly ever seen banner ads, popups, anoying flash or java screen floaters, etc.

@ Jerico2day

Actually Coronado Island is a very nice place to live. I've visited there and I like the scenery. Very nice place. Just one problem, do you got a million dollars to buy a house. I would if I had that much money. Or just become a Navy Seal. That's my dream job, to be a SEAL. Not as if anyone cares, but hey, freedom of speech right?

@ Jimmy

I take it as if you like to critize people. I mean, this is the second time today when I looked at the threads I posted. Why not for a change be constructive and not so angry at everyone. But hey, this may be the place you blow off steam from things that happen in your life. If so, blow as much as steam of at me as your want. I understand, I guess. Later all..

@ Jimmy

Sorry but I just seem to take it as an insult. Also, what about me wondering if you could create games in Dark Basic and run them on other consoles besides PC. And yet you insult me. You just don't like the Navy, or Coronado Island, or Navy SEALs, or just the name Drew. Dude back off. I don't want anyone as enemies on the forums. Thanks for taking my request. I guess..

What about that other Drew with that one hot chick in his sig? I'm sure Jimmy likes him.

And Jimmy is allowed to do whatever he wants. He'll ban you if you displease him.

Fortunately, he cant - if he was a mod, his "sense" of humour would so overwhelm Earth that it would sponteniously explode, rendering the need to ban anyone a moot point...

But aside from that Jimmy, at last, does make a valid (but totally indirect point) - namely :

A) Its been mentioned before
B) Its been mentioned before in these forums
C) There is a search button
D) See A, B and C (Also see : Arrival, Dance of the Dead, Once Upon a Time and Fallout).

Yeah, and Jimmy is just... well... Jimmy. He is TEH Jimmeh. I suppose we all just kinda get use to him. He's like a bad smell in that way - after a few months you won't even notice it! How I desire DBSpot... He was useful... once. But he's cool, so who cares?

It's called AdSense. You get a percentage of the Click-Through cost from Google.

Every now and then, I get $5 for one click

Don't worry, about fifty billion people have mentioned it before you, as well.
