For those interested (all one of you), I wont be updating my mySql plug-in. I believe the source code is around somewhere, so if 5.0 support is needed, you'll have to do it yourself.

v4 is still good. i see no point in switching. i only use it for guest books and that kinds

the server I work with at work still runs 3.23. Its an arse that you cant do subqueries or binary fulltext searches - but apart from that its fast and stable - everything one wants from a database!
