Yep you sure can. Ive never used it and know little about it but i beleive BlueGui is just a interface for darkbasic classic. It was either that or it let you create pop up window sorta things like what windows OS use's.

Whatever it is it shouldent stop you from being able to create a level editer as it is mostly just saving information and then reading it in program.
