he moved on and got a REAL life rather than baby sitting a bunch of losers...

OR, TGC got sick of him

I noticed that... did they replace him? Can't remember. If not... I'm always here... Or over there. In which case I'm over there. But when I'm over there, I'll be where I am, so technically I can say "I'm over here". Anyway, I had been wondering, but I had an inkling that he had gotton tired of the people on here... But then still, I was always here!

And Jimmeh, don't give me a Jimmy-tastic joke saying:
Quote: "Exactly, you were here!"

Now that I've given you that, you'll give me something witty. But because I said that... you may reconsider. Or you'll just not bother

Nothing funky went on. Ian T respectfully stepped down as he's pretty busy. He can elaborate more if he wants.

Thanks for telling Jeku. So, has he been replaced? Will he be? Will there be a public replacement thing, Mod Squad style?

No problems. I have no idea what will happen next, if anything at all. That's Rich's department

The newsletter dated 31st October (it has a pumpkin on the front), usually found on the TGC newsletter page, but is also stickied in the DarkBasic Professional forum.

I'm quite surprised so many people have no idea what happened. I thought everyone read the newsletter. It's the best read of the month

I, myself, prefer to referred to as a DB abuser

(And no, I didn't notice IanT had stepped down from his mighty throne. Yea, I still call him Mouse occasionally to this day.)

John Y wasn't actually expecting to be a mod... he just got powers when his status was changed to "Omega Basic Developer"

Pretty nice surprise...

Wow, I hadn't read that in the newsletter... meant to read the whole thing, but it was a very exciting issue. I think I got lost somewhere around Kaisertal ! Thank you Rich.

Anyway, as has been said, there're no disagreements/arguments involved, I'm just lower on free time, and developing in DBP still takes precedence over online communities for me (never mind the chunk of my time NaNoWriMo is taking, heh). I'm still around somewhat though, I like Apollo
