Which is better for you guys , Nike or Adidas ? I prefer adidas , I even heard they teamed up with Reebok , which is a pretty cool company . People nowadays just go with nike to show people they are cool and like to (hang out) with famous companies ,etc . What do you think ?

You asked what I think and here it is:

I fail to see the point in buying brand names, why should I have to pay MORE to advertise their product on MY feet? I'll buy shoes if their comfortable and cheap, yes looking good plays a small roll, but I'd rather have shoes that do what they're meant to do well (protect my feet), than look "cool".

Thats 1 point . Im a fan of adidas and all , but that doesnt mean i buy adidas merchendise , i just think they look better . And i have a pair of reebok sport shoes , which is pretty cool looking / comfortable , but im still amazed of oher people buying brands just to impress their friends , unlike me , i buy it because its comfortable .1 , and because it looks pretty cool .2

Cloths are also to be seen in not just keeping warm. Though you have a good point with the advertising. I also hate it when people think they´re cool because they were expensive brands. If you don´t look good you don´t look good and no amount of Nike stickers are going to change that.
Back on topic I perfer Nike as my pairs of Adidas fell apart in hardly any time at all. That said they do make quality gear. You have to work out which.

I usually buy the first pair of shoes that are decent, then run like hell to my car. I hate malls and shopping and trying crap on--- especially this time of year.

People use to think I was a Reebok Freak, but that was because I once worked there as an IT Consultant and I got the same free pair of trainers every month as the staff. I also got entitlement to the Staff Shop. My kids looked like they were very spoilt for the first few years of their lives, when in actual fact I was paying less than I would pay in the local market.

I am now the proud owner of a pair of Aldi trainers, £9.99, last forever!

Currently on Marks & Spencer trainers - most comfortable trainers I've worn for years and very longlasting. What is the point in spending around a hundred quid on a pair of trainers? I'd rather use the money for paying my gas bill.

I never wear anything like Nike or Adidas on my feet. That's DC and Vans. To hide my legs, I dress in Billabingbong and Etnies. I do have one single Adidas sweater, but not more than one. But I like it. Well. See you.

Right.. cuz Adidas is totally not a famous company, and you're totally not selling out (hanging out) to (with) adidas.

Totally honest, I like the more expensive shoes, because they seem to last longer and fit better.

I've had my stint of cheap shoes that fall apart in six months.

i got some nike trousers the other day i think its pretty cool i like the materiel nice n warm and stuff, i usually buy clothes that dont have some whopping badge on the side or anything which these arent, although my trainers have nike ticks on the sides , but they all do and there logo isnt as bad as others, so im happy with nike.

Its been the best in quality and popularity till nike started making new designs .

Adidas is better than nike (to me) nike are just made to ruin adidas's reputation , but Adidas can continue to do their thing , and they'll be just fine . And yeah, Mizuno is really good too , ive got an NY cap and a Mizuno cap , the Mizuno cap is lost and the NY cap (made of golden leather) is right next to me , but i prefer mizuno for its black color .. lol
