Does anyone have a site that has freeware music, for your games. Also, is it royalty free. I am in need for music but cannot make my own...

Generally speaking, you can have either it quality, or for free

You have two good options:
a) learn how to make music (I suggest a "tracker" program, i.e. modplug tracker, or skale tracker - both are free)
b) get together a bunch of screenshots and documentation, and try to presuade someone who knows what they're doing to assist you (for example, me)
