Hi there

I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem. I'm trying to get yahoo to deliver the e-mails on the server to my computer through Outlook Express. Unfortunately, even after having followed the instructions to the letter, it doesn't work; it keeps asking for my password and username because it says there's an error in the password. But I'm sure I've entered the right password. Can anyone PLEASE help me!!

Thanks

you have to pay for access so outlook works with yahoo (it used to be free years ago). Alternatively, you can get software that is like an outlook plugin...

I did it for a while, there was a program that parsed the yahoo pages, and converted it into a pop3 that it would send locally to outlook, ran third party, and was freeware.

It would also take your outlook outgoing mail (smtp) and send it off to yahoo via parsing it's pages.

There was also one for gmail, but gmail offers pop3 access now (for free), in fact, it might be the program the guy wrote that gmail offers on their site

Anyway, quick searching, i found this
