I've decided to try to write and sell a shareware game. Mostly to discover how simple/difficult a process it all is. The game is written. Just got to find one or two more sounds. The web-site is written - just need a host. Things I need to get are:

1. A EULA template.
2. A hosting company and a .com or .co.uk. Not looking so much at
webspace (less than 20mb is all I need). I'm looking more for
lots of bandwith - for the thousands and thousand and thousands
and thousands and thousands of downloads per day
3. Tips on how to get lots of downloads.
4. I'm going to use 'Share-it', is this a good choice?

I'm not doing this to make money now, but to give myself experience as a shareware author.

Thanks if anyone can answer any of the above.

Read a few, they are mostly the same. Pick important bits from the differents ones and put together your own.

Good for the professional look, see my sig.

Type in 'Pad Submission' in google, and submit a PAD file (if you don't know what this is, then find out!) to every website in the first 5 pages.

It's ok, considering you don't have to pay a monthly subscription it's good.

if your website looks really well done, more people will tend to want to download your stuff

I recommend PayLoadz or Plimus. Google either. The PAD advice is top as well, and if you want a good website you should consider getting contact with Megaton - he knows his stuff and did wonders for me.

yah.
also to let you know drew: Those drawings rock on your site. Tell whoever made them, that he/she is talented.
I would also recommend hiring a website dynamic designer. SItes look more professional with ".asp" or ".cf" or ".php" extensions
