Is it possible to extract media files from DBC exe files. Ive tried using all of the tools from http://winch.pinkbile.com/ but they all seem to be for dbpro. Im asking because i made some games in DBC ages ago and since then lost/deleted all of the original media files due to reformatting (but still have the exes) and ive now decided to recreate these programs in DBPRO but dont want to spend ages recreating the media.

Ya,install and check your temp directory. I dont know about extracting direct from the .exe though. It is a bit unsettling..have alot of media I paid for in my demo.

It's a complete and utter bugger (unless by 'media' you mean 'application icons') to extract media from a DBC EXE, as everything in there is mixed in with everything else. No general resource hacker-type tool can extract the information directly, you'll have to find out how the EXE is made up and create your own tool.
