Strictly speaking this isn't a team request. I'm looking for a good C programmer to help me to turn my interpreter into a compiler, and I'd like to know if any of you can guide me to a good place to find one? Thanks.

Maybe you can ask someone on this board.

Well, there's a bunch of C\C++ programmers on these forums, but you don't specificly need C to make a compiler... or do you already have some code to build on?

I don't specifically need a C programmer, but I'm looking to make a compiler that converts my BASIC to C then to .exe OR via ASM - but I think C would be far easier to impliment. This thread was really a snekay team request, so I'll be a bit more open. Any C or ASM programmers here fancy writing a compiler with me? (Bating in mind I have done a ot of work already, see my thread below

Well, I'm making a run-time compiler (generates pseudo-asm and assembles it to memory) in C++. Compiling on run-time makes things cross-platform, and I'm planning on having this run on at least 3 different systems (Windows, Linux, Dreamcast).
If you think merging our projects is a good idea, send me an e-mail. It won't be something quick though. No idea how long this will take me.
