Hi there!

This is my science and pet project that I have been working on for quite some time. I orginally concepted the idea while I was using ZZT and getting real sick of The Games Factory. Well I've been at DarkBASIC and I can finally do it I can finally make my dream come true.

Features:
World Builder - basically for your frankenstein objects, tilemaps and loading your scripts

Daemon Theater - plays all games done in TGD

CoffeeScript - world programming macro

Frankenstein OOP - adds extra depth to your objects anyone fimilar with Megazeux or ZZT will know what a OOP is.

DaemonDraw - working on right now.

The only screenie I have is of DaemonDraw it's got hidious menus and buttons but I'm going to amp them up. DaemonDraw should be done by the end of November. I'll show many more screenshots and tell all about my work of course. I have no website for my creation as of yet. The Game Daemon is not a one shot program you can expect it to have loads of updates and resources. As well as lots of tutorials and a manual. You may have questions and I will try to answer them. Please don't flame me!! Please!! If you have an urge to call me off them please say it nicely.

By the way all files DarkBASIC Classic supports TGD supports

Any comments tell me here.

I'll give some more information later.

Peace Out, TGD Bot

(Forum's admin should implement a kind of "CIP" board (Concepts In Progress). People could present their projects at the very earlier stage and see if people are interested in. So they won't be "flamed" for non-real wip subjects.)

No... "CIP" belongs in msn or irc, not here.

And you'll need a better looking screenshot, I could make up something that looks better in paint in 30 seconds.

Okay the screenie isn't the best interface i've seen. So? He knows it, he's going to make it better.
To me, it just means that you didn't read his post.

Yeah that screenie of the menu sucks! Do not fear I'm updating it!
They should make a CIP. This is not my first day programming but in the forum yes. I took that has a flame first time I read it maybe it is well anywho I'll update the screen with a much better interface for now I am going to work on CoffeeScript.

Peace Out - TGD Bot

Oh and when the community forum is done for TGD it will have: WIP, Program Accouncments, and CIPs. As well as some more stuff for TGD fans. I wish I could show more off but there isn't a CIP board here(yet). By tomorrow I'll have a much better shot of the interface and for colors in DaemonDraw there's about a hundred or so.

(I do think a "CIP" board is a brilliant idea, and I don't understand why not hundreds of people are not screaming that's the best idea of the year...)

Anyway good luck with your project TGDB!

OOP is Object-Oriented Programming here and in Iraque! (imo)
Don't offend the people this way..
most people here are programmers

-----

I won't say that this is looking good, because it is not!
Check out other people's treads and see that they have enough stuff for a WIP post..

I can't say the same about mine (which is poor so far )
but we all grow strong.. and I hope you do it..

Now, go there and create more things..
show us what you are made of..
welcome..
